Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of sympathy to Nepali President Ram Chandra Poudel on August 28.
The message says:
Expressing the sincerest condolence and sympathy, on behalf of the government and people of the DPRK and on my own behalf, to your government, people, bereaved families and victims, upon the sad news that landslide in border areas of your country caused many casualties and missing persons, I hope that the damage will be eradicated as soon as possible.
